Year 3

Weekly Update of w/e 21st July 2017

Children in Year 3 have had an enjoyable and productive final week, where they have been completing their topic projects; designing and creating leaflets for a city of their choice. We were lucky with the weather on Tuesday where we enjoyed a whole school picnic and the children were spectators in the staff versus Year 6 rounders match. We would also like to say well done to the children, who worked cooperatively and enthusiastically in their house teams to complete the Water Relay Challenge and raise money for the charity Spotlight on Africa. Thank you for your kind donations.

We would like to say a huge thank you to the children for all their hard work, determination and perseverance over the academic year and a big well done for their many achievements. They have been a pleasure to teach and their enthusiasm and love of learning is wonderful to see.
We would also like to say thank you to the parents and carers for your continued support and those who have helped out over the year with swimming and school trips, it has been very much appreciated.

We hope you all have a wonderful, restful and fun filled summer break and we look forward to seeing you again in September!

Requests/Reminders:

• Get some fresh air
• Try something new
