Most of the pupils who attend Redbourn Junior School have transferred from Redbourn Infant & Nursery School. However, parents of children at Redbourn Infant & Nursery School are still required to complete an online application. All the information you need to apply is available on:


You will receive immediate confirmation that your application has been received and you can view it any time. You can also accept the school place offered online. If you do not have internet access at home you can use the internet at your local library free of charge.

If you are resident in another Local Authority area and wish to apply for a school place in Hertfordshire, you will need to complete your Home Local Authority application form.

Arrangements for parents to visit the school

An induction meeting is held in the summer term for children who are due to join our school the following September. For pupils transferring during the academic year, arrangements can be made to visit the school by appointment with the Office Manager who will arrange for a tour of the school and provide further information. The Handbook for Parents is available on request from the school office. However, this will be issued to all new parents at the Induction meeting.
